Ecclesiastes 12:1–4,7,8,13,14

1] Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

[2] While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:

[3] In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened,

[4] And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of music shall be brought low.

[7] Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

[8] Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.

[13] Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

[14] For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Most of the time, we ignore the impulse  beatings of our hearts, we sub-pedal the pricking of our conscience and tend to live life in laxity and unconsciousness of the Life after death.

Life is so short and painful to live as though while we live it seems it never ends, every race has an end, and unto everything time is appointed unto, Time to Live, Time to die, Time to Increase, Time to decrease, Time to be subsist, Time to depart, with nothing did you come into the world, and with nothing shall you leave. What matters most, is our relationship with our maker, He is our hope of glory, he who was before the earth, even the earth and its components are older than man, yet they work according to the plan and pattern God has pre-destined them to.

Then man from ash and dust came to challenge his maker just as Nebuchadnezzar (King of Babylon) did and was turned into an animal, and so many other likes of him.And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.(Genesis 6:3) when God is happy with a man it attracts blessings and unmerited favour, but God’s anger with a man attracts wrath, death, sicknesses, pestilence, and a free way to the Devil.

We are complete in Christ Jesus, the Devil is envious of our place of abode after life, his end is certain and irreversible that’s why he came out to deceive men to gather careless and undecided men as companions to hell.

He came to Kill, to steal and to destroy but Christ Jesus has come so that we may have life and have it more abundantly. Man is made in the image and likeness of God (All men), no one should be despised for we are all he’s and we shall give account of our lives. One of the prerequisite of living a formidable life here on earth is sticking and basically adhering to the jurisdictions and principles of the Bible. A pastor once broke and illustrated the Bible to be an acronym with explanations, which goes thus,

We need the Bible to survive, King David the psalmist once said,” thy word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path”

We never know what power we have until we believe in the giver and bestower of the power. Even the necromancers believe in the Bible, and you a Christian who claim to oppose agents of darkness doubt the realness and supremacy of the power we have received. This is why when some Christians that don’t know their worth get into a tussle with the devil or his agents, they get flawed and trampled under foot, this is because you don’t believe and you don’t know what you possess, it even shows that you doubt the Truthfulness and sovereignty of God, He said unto you, Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). If only our faith can be as little as mustard seed, we shall say unto a mountain be thou removed and be thou cast into the sea, and it shall be done how much more when we have a full Faith and Trust in God.

Peter walked on water not because he followed Christ Jesus but he walked on water because he Knew that anywhere with Jesus Christ he could safely go.

The centurions servant was healed not because he spoke and laid his problems to Jesus but because he exercised a great measure of faith which Jesus the healer recognized, The Centurion said unto Jesus, I am not worthy that thou shoulder come under my roof, just speak the word and my servant shall be healed and his servant was healed even that same hour. (matter 8:5-11)

When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

[11] And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

[12] But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Most Christians don’t value their rights and privileges as sons and daughters of the kingdom of God, they let outsiders take their blessings and they allow the devil to deceive them, just as it is written in the book of Jonah chapter 2 verse 8: They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy. Many people give heed to the deceits and whispers of the devil and loose their rewards, liberations and breakthroughs. Some might be so unlucky to loose their crown just because of little pressures, even if they are great trials and tribulations it never lasts and can never be compared to the joy and reward in heaven, We should always comfort our selves with these words of Truth, In Romans 8: 35-39,

35] Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

[36] As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

[37] Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

[38] For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

[39] Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
